My Why
At Rooted & Well, wellness is about getting back to the roots—simple, natural, and intentional living.
My journey into holistic wellness began in 2016 with Young Living, when I discovered the power of clean products and plant-based support for my home and family. What started with Thieves cleaner and lavender oil grew into a deeper passion for natural health, leading me to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and board-certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Through personal experience, education, and a love for helping others, Rooted & Well was created as a space to empower families with simple tools, natural solutions, and holistic support—without the overwhelm.
